  • By requesting a refund, you consent to Astrology and Vastu’s Quality Audit team reviewing the consultation session recording for which the refund is requested. This review is to determine eligibility for a refund.
  • The decision to process a refund is solely at the discretion of Astrology and Vastu’s Quality Audit team, and this decision is final and binding.
  • Approved refunds will be processed directly into the customer’s bank account. If a refund is approved, we will email you your bank details.

Refund and Cancellation Terms

1. Consultation Services

  • Non-Cancellable Bookings: Consultations cannot be canceled once booked.
  • Incorrect Booking Information: If incorrect information is provided during booking, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, corrections can be made within two hours of booking to prevent issues.
  • Completed Sessions: No refunds are available for consultations that have already been delivered.
  • Double Payments: If a duplicate payment is made for the same booking, the excess payment will be refunded.
  • Foreign/NRI Bookings: Clients from outside India are required to book a minimum 30-minute slot. If a shorter slot is mistakenly booked, the balance payment will be required to complete the booking; refunds will not be processed for incorrect slot bookings.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation once with at least 24 hours’ notice. If notice is not provided, the session will be marked as completed, and no refund or further rescheduling will be allowed.

2. E-Commerce Products

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipment; however, once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within seven days of receiving the product, provided it remains unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon verifying the returned item’s condition.
  • Defective Products: If a product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Online Pooja Services

  • Non-Cancellable Bookings: Once booked, online poojas cannot be canceled due to the preparation and scheduling required.
  • Rescheduling: Poojas may be rescheduled once, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, to accommodate timing adjustments.
  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to conduct poojas on the scheduled date, unavoidable delays may occur, in which case we will notify you promptly. Refunds are not available for such delays.

Q1. How to raise a dispute for an order?
Ans. To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@astrologyandvastu.com with your order number and valid reason as per the policy. Requests without the order number cannot be processed.

Q2. Will I receive a full refund for valid reasons?
Ans. If your request is valid and approved by our Quality Audit Team, a full refund will be issued for the consultation amount.

Q3. What if Astrology and Vastu do not respond?
Ans. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to address your issue. If we do not respond within this period, or if the resolution does not meet your expectations, you may escalate the issue by emailing [info@astrologyandvastu.com].

Q4. How long does it take to process refunds?
Ans. Refunds typically take 3 business days for review and processing. Once approved, the amount will be credited back to you within 7 business days. Note that this timeline may vary due to bank or payment gateway processing times.

Q5. Transaction Charges
Ans. All refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction or payment gateway charges incurred during the payment.
