  • By requesting a refund, you consent to Astrology and Vastu’s Quality Audit team reviewing the consultation session recording for which the refund is requested. This review is to determine eligibility for a refund.
  • The decision to process a refund is solely at the discretion of Astrology and Vastu’s Quality Audit team, and this decision is final and binding.
  • Approved refunds will be processed directly into the customer’s bank account. We will request your bank details via email if a refund is approved.

Refund and Cancellation Terms

1. Consultation Services

  • Non-Cancellable Bookings: Consultations cannot be canceled once booked.
  • Incorrect Booking Information: If incorrect information is provided during booking, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, corrections can be made within two hours of booking to prevent issues.
  • Completed Sessions: No refunds are available for consultations that have already been delivered.
  • Double Payments: If a duplicate payment is made for the same booking, the excess payment will be refunded.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation once with at least 24 hours’ notice. If notice is not provided, the session will be marked as completed, and no refund or further rescheduling will be allowed.

2. E-Commerce Products

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipment; however, once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within seven days of receiving the product, provided it remains unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon verifying the returned item’s condition.
  • Defective Products: If a product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Online Pooja Services

  • Non-Cancellable Bookings: Once booked, online poojas cannot be canceled due to the preparation and scheduling required.
  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to conduct poojas on the scheduled date, unavoidable delays may occur, in which case we will notify you promptly. Refunds are not available for such delays.

2. Will I receive a full refund for valid reasons?
